CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows. A 50% charge for same day cancellation. I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Per my policy, appointments 15+ minutes late are considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required. Thank you understanding and respecting my time.
